Composite products made for aerospace materials and processes now have the option to integrate heating as a layer within the laminate stack. TACG offers two different heating systems compatible with most materials and forms of composite curing. We offer both a B-staged film and CAD designed heating elements for use within composite laminates. Both systems can be designed to work with 115-24 VAC and 28VDC power systems.

The film heater comes on a double laminated film around a layer of very thin fiberglass veil for support in handling. The heating film can be cut to the required length and width to meet the required heater resistance.

The CAD designed heater comes completed on a layer of 7781 fiberglass fabric ready for layup.
